The Story Behind
the Blueprints

Started back in 2008 with just three of us in a cramped office space. Had this crazy idea that commercial buildings didn't have to be environmental nightmares. Turns out, a lot of people agreed.

Now we're a team of 24 architects, designers, and engineers who genuinely care about what we put out into the world. No corporate fluff - just good design that actually makes sense.

What We Actually Do

Look, we could list a bunch of fancy services, but here's what it really comes down to - we design commercial spaces that don't cost the earth. Literally.

Design Philosophy

We're pretty straightforward about it - every building we design has to pass the "so what?" test. So what if it looks cool but wastes energy? So what if it's cheap now but falls apart in ten years? We think long-term.

Our Approach

First coffee meeting's always free, and we'll tell you straight if we're the right fit. We collaborate a lot - with engineers, with contractors, with the folks who'll actually use the space. Makes for better buildings.

Sustainability Focus

It's 2024, and buildings still account for nearly 40% of global emissions. That's nuts. Every project we take on, we're thinking about energy efficiency, material sourcing, and lifecycle impact from day one.
